Description

A short A-line bridesmaid dress in chiffon and elastic woven satin with a one-shoulder neckline. Hand-made flowers mark the waist, and the skirt falls from the empire seam to above the knee. The neckline rests on one shoulder and leaves the other bare. It suits a maid of honor or a bridesmaid.

Chiffon gives the skirt a light fall over the satin lining, so it holds its line. The flowers are stitched at the waist rather than pinned. The neckline band is stitched flat. Fastening is by a zip at the centre back. Underneath, the elastic woven satin lining holds the shape, so the hem stays level. With elastic woven satin lining below, the hem keeps an even line. The waist seam sits narrow, so the middle stays marked without a belt.
