    Yes, you can realize your dreaming design with lowest price at iDreamBuy.com. If you see or design your wonderful dress, please submit your information and picture on our DIY page, or send an email to cs@idreambuy.com.

  • 4. How is iDreamBuy.com so inexpensive?

    In short, we cut out the middlemen and retail costs while maintaining excellence. We complete all manufacturing under one roof and never cut corners on quality.

  • 5. After payment, how can I check the status of my order?

    a. During the process of purchase, you should receive several emails from us. There will be an email confirming your order information, and we will also email you the tracking number after we ship out your order. Please remember to check your mail box after you complete the payment.

    We are a professional on-line company and have no retail stores. Our address is posted on our website for returning and exchanging.

    Based on our past experiences, most of the countries do not charge import duty on low volume personal imports. And we declare much less than your actual purchase price to avoid customs tax. However, if you are informed to pay customs tax for your parcel, please contact us ASAP.

Return/ Refund/ Exchange
  • 1. What is your return policy?

    Online purchases made through iDreamBuy.com are valid for exchange and return within 14 days from the delivery date.

    All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. You are welcome to make an exchange or alternatively get a refund.

  • 2. How do I make an exchange or return?

    1) Submit your order number by contacting our Customer Service or leaving a message on our Submit a Request page.

    2) Obtain an Authorization Return or Exchange Email.

    3) Send your purchase back to us and provide our Customer Service with the delivery confirmation number.

    4) Once we receive your purchase, you will either receive a refund within 3 business days or be sent a replacement.

  • 3. Anything else I need to know about making an exchange or return?

    Please do not send the purchase back without contacting our customer service. Different purchases should be sent to different warehouses. Please confirm with our Customer Service.
