A short ball gown cocktail party dress in organza and satin with a sweetheart neckline. Rhinestones mark the bodice, and the bubble skirt falls from the empire seam to above the knee. The sweetheart neckline runs across the chest and stays put. It is cut for a cocktail party or a sweet sixteen.

Organza gives the bubble its shape over the satin lining, so it holds to the hem. The bodice carries hand-set rhinestones. The sweetheart edge is faced to hold. The lace-up back draws the fit in at the ribs. The organza keeps a clean line from the waist down, so the skirt hangs evenly. From the waist down, the organza holds a clean line to the hem.
