Description

A short A-line wedding dress in chiffon with a one-shoulder neckline. The skirt falls in a light layer from the empire waist to above the knee, and beading runs along the shoulder line. One shoulder is left bare, so the line reads asymmetric. The shape suits a beach ceremony or a summer reception.

Chiffon sits over the lining, so the skirt keeps a soft fall while the beading catches light. The beading is set by hand along the shoulder band, and sequins are worked in with it. A zipper back closes the dress, and the short hem keeps the skirt clear of sand and grass. The skirt is cut on the bias, so it falls close rather than flaring wide. The bodice is lined through the middle, which keeps the chiffon smooth.
