Description

A floor-length A-line first communion dress in satin with a strap neckline. Beading and a bow mark the waist, and the skirt falls from the empire seam to the floor. The straps hold the neckline in place and leave the shoulders open. The hem sits just off the floor.

Over the lining, satin keeps the skirt in a straight line. The lining runs to the hem and is cut soft so it does not scratch. The straps are cut narrow and stitched in. A zip closes down the back. The straps neckline is cut to sit level across the chest. The straps neckline sits level, which keeps the bodice straight. Cut level, the straps neckline holds the front straight. The beading is set by hand, so it sits flat against the satin.
