A knee-length A-line cocktail party dress in chiffon with a V-neck and short sleeves. Applique runs across the bodice, and the skirt falls from the empire seam to below the knee. The V sits at a moderate depth. It fits a cocktail party, a homecoming dance or a sweet sixteen.
