A chapel train A-line prom evening dress in chiffon with a strapless neckline. The skirt is pleated from the empire seam into a chapel train. The bodice is held so the neckline keeps its shape without straps. It is cut for a prom night or a formal evening.

Chiffon gives the pleats their fall over the lining, so the train keeps a light spread. The pleats are set into the waist seam. The middle of the bodice is lined. The back is closed with a hidden zip. The chiffon keeps a clean line from the waist down, so the skirt hangs evenly. From the waist down, the chiffon holds a clean line to the hem. The skirt keeps its line from the waist to the hem in chiffon. Underneath, the chiffon lining holds the shape, so the hem stays level.
