Description

A chapel train A-line wedding dress in organza and satin with an off-the-shoulder neckline and half sleeves. Applique runs along the neckline, and the skirt flares from the empire seam into a chapel train. The neckline rides the upper arms, which keeps the shoulders open. It carries off a hall reception or a church service.

Organza gives the skirt its shape over the satin lining, so the train holds its spread to the end. Sleeves are lined down the arm and end above the elbow. The applique is stitched down flat along the neckline. The lace-up back draws the fit in at the ribs. The skirt is gathered at the seam, which gives it something to fall from. Gathering at the seam keeps the skirt from pulling flat. The skirt gathers at the waist, so it keeps some movement.
