Description

Brought to floor length in tulle, the dress has a scoop neckline. Applique and a bow sit on the bodice, and the full skirt falls from the empire seam to the floor. The scoop neckline sits below the collarbone. With bare shoulders and a full skirt, it suits a hall reception or a formal evening ceremony.

Tulle gives the skirt its volume over the satin lining, so the shape holds without a stiff underskirt. The bow is fixed at the waist rather than tied loose.
