A short ball gown flower girl dress in satin and organza with a scoop neckline and cap sleeves. Hand-made flowers and beading mark the bodice, and the full skirt falls from the empire seam to above the knee. The scoop crosses the chest below the collarbone.

Organza gives the skirt its shape over the satin lining, so it keeps a full spread. The waist flowers are stitched on rather than pinned. The cap sleeves are lined at the edge. The dress closes on a zip at the back. It fastens at the back, so the front line stays clean. The closure sits behind, which keeps the front unbroken. The hand made flower is set by hand, so it sits flat against the satin. Hand-set hand made flower keeps the detail sitting flat on the satin.
