A tea-length ball gown flower girl dress in satin and organza with a scoop neckline. A bow and hand-made flowers mark the waist, and the full skirt falls from the empire seam to just below the knee. The scoop drops just below the collarbone. The dress works for a wedding or a family ceremony.
