Description

The dress runs to short in chiffon, with a sweetheart neckline. Hand-made flowers and beading run across the bodice, and the skirt falls from the empire seam to above the knee. The neckline is shaped as a sweetheart and keeps its curve. It works just as well in a beach ceremony or a summer reception.

Chiffon gives the skirt a light shape over the lining, so it holds to the hem. Beading runs by hand along the bodice in a true line. The flowers are stitched onto the bodice rather than pinned. The back closes with a zip. The skirt is gathered at the seam, which gives it something to fall from. Gathering at the seam keeps the skirt from pulling flat. The skirt gathers at the waist, so it keeps some movement.
