Description

A short A-line cocktail party dress in chiffon with a sweetheart neckline. Rhinestones mark the bodice, and the skirt falls from the empire seam to above the knee. A faced sweetheart line keeps the curve across the chest. It works for a cocktail party or a graduation party.

Chiffon gives the skirt a light fall over the lining, so it holds to the hem. Rhinestones are stitched by hand down the bodice. The sweetheart line is interfaced so it keeps its shape. The back laces up to set the fit at the ribs. The chiffon lining carries the shape, which keeps the hem sitting straight. With chiffon lining below, the hem keeps an even line. The rhinestone is set by hand, so it sits flat against the chiffon. Hand-set rhinestone keeps the detail sitting flat on the chiffon.
