Description

A tea-length A-line wedding dress in lace with a sweetheart neckline and short sleeves. The hem falls just below the knee, between a short dress and a full-length gown. Lace covers the bodice, the sleeves and the skirt, and the satin underneath keeps the pattern from showing through. The sweetheart neckline curves across the chest and stays in place without straps.

Satin lining supports the lace so the pattern reads clearly from the waist down. A zipper back closes the dress without a gap, and the short sleeves are lined to the cuff. The length works for a garden ceremony where a floor-length skirt would pick up grass and earth. There is no train to carry at the end of the day. The waist seam sits narrow, so the middle stays marked without a belt.
