Description

A floor-length A-line plus size mother dress in tulle and chiffon with an off-the-shoulder neckline and three-quarter sleeves. Applique runs across the bodice, and the skirt falls from the empire seam to the floor into a short sweep. The band rests on the upper arms and leaves the collarbone open.

Tulle and chiffon layer over the lining, so the skirt keeps a light fall to the hem. Applique is sewn flat against the fabric. The sleeve ends below the elbow. A concealed zip closes the back. The closure sits behind, which keeps the front unbroken. The applique is set by hand, so it sits flat against the tulle. Hand-set applique keeps the detail sitting flat on the tulle. The applique is stitched by hand, flush against the tulle.
