Description

A floor-length A-line mother formal dress in tulle and chiffon with a bateau neckline and short sleeves. Sequins mark the bodice, and the skirt falls from the empire seam into a short sweep. The bateau edge rides high across the collarbone.

Tulle and chiffon layer over the lining, so the skirt keeps a light fall to the hem. The sequins are worked along the bodice by hand. The sleeves are finished at the shoulder. A concealed zip runs down the back. The tulle keeps a clean line from the waist down, so the skirt hangs evenly. From the waist down, the tulle holds a clean line to the hem. The skirt keeps its line from the waist to the hem in tulle. Underneath, the chiffon lining holds the shape, so the hem stays level.
