Description

A knee-length A-line homecoming dress in chiffon and tulle with an off-the-shoulder neckline and short sleeves. Applique and beading run along the neckline, and the skirt falls from the empire seam to below the knee. The neckline rides the upper arms, which keeps the shoulders open.
