Description

A short empire homecoming dress in chiffon and tulle with a scoop neckline. Rhinestones mark the bodice, and the seam sits high under the bust with the skirt falling to above the knee. Cut in a scoop, the neckline sits below the collarbone. It works for a homecoming dance or a graduation night.
