Description

A knee-length ball gown little girls party dress in chiffon with a V-neck. Beading and hand-made flowers mark the bodice, and the full skirt falls from the empire seam to below the knee. The V sits at a moderate depth.

Chiffon gives the skirt a light sweep over the lining, so it keeps a full line. Beading is sewn on by hand down the bodice. The flowers are stitched at the waist. The back closes with a zip along the seam. A narrow waist seam marks the middle on its own. The waist seam sits narrow, which defines the middle. Gathering at the seam keeps the skirt from pulling flat. The skirt gathers at the waist, so it keeps some movement. Lined sleeves keep the arm line tidy to the cuff.
