Description

A floor-length A-line evening dress in satin and tulle with an off-the-shoulder neckline. A bow sits at the waist, and the skirt falls from the empire seam to the floor. The neckline rests on the arms and leaves the collarbone free. It fits a black-tie evening or a pageant.
