Description

A floor-length A-line evening dress in chiffon and lace with a scoop neckline and three-quarter sleeves. A ruffle marks the waist, and the skirt falls from the empire seam to the floor. The scoop falls just below the collarbone. It is cut for a formal evening or a pageant.
