Description

A knee-length A-line bridesmaid homecoming dress in chiffon and satin with a strapless neckline. The bodice is pleated with hand-made flowers at the waist, and the skirt falls to below the knee. Without straps, the neckline is built to hold its line.

Chiffon gives the pleats their fall over the satin lining, so the skirt keeps an even line. The waist flowers are stitched on rather than pinned. The middle of the bodice is lined. The back is closed with a hidden zip. Underneath, the satin lining holds the shape, so the hem stays level. The satin lining carries the shape, which keeps the hem sitting straight. With satin lining below, the hem keeps an even line. The zipper back closes the dress, which keeps the back looking tidy.
