A knee-length ball gown baby girl dress in satin and organza with a scoop neckline. Hand-made flowers mark the waist, and the bubble skirt falls from the empire seam to below the knee. The scoop runs below the collarbone. The hem stays well clear of her feet.

Organza gives the bubble its shape over the satin lining, so it holds its round. The flowers are stitched at the waist rather than pinned. The middle of the bodice is lined. The back closes on a zip. The knee-length hem stays clear of the ground, which makes the dress easy to wear. With a knee-length hem, the skirt clears the ground as you move. The knee-length hem keeps the skirt off the ground.
