Description

A knee-length A-line cocktail dress in satin with an off-the-shoulder neckline and bell sleeves. The skirt falls from the empire seam to below the knee, and the neckline crosses the upper arms. The sleeves flare from the elbow. It works for a cocktail hour or a graduation.
