A floor-length A-line mother dress in chiffon with a lapel neckline and three-quarter sleeves. Applique runs across the bodice, and the skirt falls from the empire seam to the floor into a short sweep. The lapel folds back at the chest. The sleeves stop at the forearm, so the wrists stay free at the table.

Chiffon gives the skirt a light fall over the lining, so it holds to the hem. The lapel is pressed so it holds its fold. The sleeves stop below the elbow. A hidden zip closes the back.
