Satin, cut to knee length, with a bateau neckline. The dress follows the body to just below the knee, and the waist sits at the natural line. The sleeves stop below the elbow, which leaves the wrist clear. The short hem suits a reception or a garden ceremony held on grass.

Satin gives the dress its shape and the organza overlay softens the line at the waist. The sleeves are lined through the arm, and a zipper back closes the bodice.
