Description

The sheath line is cut in satin, with a sweetheart neckline. Applique runs across the bodice, and the dress follows the body from the empire seam to above the knee. The sweetheart cut sweeps level across the chest. A short train clips on at the back.

Satin holds an even surface over the full lining, so the sheath keeps a narrow line. Stitched flat, the applique covers the bodice evenly. The train clips on at the back and comes away for the reception. The dress fastens at the back with a zip. The satin keeps a clean line from the waist down, so the skirt hangs evenly. From the waist down, the satin holds a clean line to the hem. The skirt keeps its line from the waist to the hem in satin.
