Description

A short A-line flower girl dress in satin and organza with a scoop neckline. Applique, beading and embroidery run across the bodice, and the skirt falls from the empire seam to above the knee. A scoop neckline drops just below the collarbone.

Organza gives the skirt a light shape over the satin lining, so it holds its line. The beading is worked along the bodice by hand. The applique is stitched down flat. Fastening is by a zip set into the back seam. There is no train, so nothing drags behind you as you walk. With no train, the skirt stays out of the way. Nothing trails behind, so the hem keeps clear as you move. The fabric sits flat across the chest, which keeps the shape tidy. Across the chest, the fabric sits flat and smooth.
