The scoop neckline leaves the collarbone open, which balances the fuller skirt in a hall setting.
Chiffon over tulle gives the skirt a light layer that keeps its shape as you walk, and the sequins catch light without dominating the skirt. The beading is set by hand around the waist, so the flowers and sequins sit together in one band. The bodice is kept plain above the waist, which leaves the detail to the waistline and the skirt.
