Description

A floor-length sheath mother formal dress in satin with a V-neck and long sleeves. A ruffle finishes the hem, and the dress follows the body to the floor. Dropping to a moderate point, the V frames the neck. Covered arms and a full-length line suit a formal wedding or a church service.

Satin holds an even surface over the full lining, so the sheath keeps a narrow line. Lining runs the length of the sleeve to the cuff. The ruffle is stitched to the hem rather than gathered loose.
