Description

A short A-line flower girl dress in taffeta with a scoop neckline. A ruffle finishes the hem, and the skirt falls from the empire seam to above the knee. The scoop crosses the chest below the collarbone. Sleeveless over a soft shoulder line, it fits a wedding or a family celebration.
