Description

A tea-length A-line flower girl dress in lace and organza with a bateau neckline and long sleeves. Applique runs across the bodice, and the skirt falls from the empire seam to just below the knee. The bateau neckline sits high over the collarbone. Below the knee, the hem leaves her free to run about.

Lace and organza layer over the lining, so the pattern reads clearly to the hem. The lining is finished smooth, so nothing rubs at the waist. Lining runs the length of the sleeve to the cuff. A zip at the back does the fastening. The skirt is gathered at the seam, which gives it something to fall from. Gathering at the seam keeps the skirt from pulling flat. The skirt gathers at the waist, so it keeps some movement.
