Description

Cut to short in satin, it has a bateau neckline. The bodice is beaded, and the skirt falls from the empire seam to above the knee. Cut as a bateau, the neckline sits high on the collarbone. The dress reads right in a reception or a small summer garden ceremony.

Over the satin lining, organza keeps the skirt light to the hem. The sleeves are lined through to the cuff, and the beading is set by hand along the bodice. It fastens with a zip behind, and the short hem stays clear of the ground. Below the waist, the satin hangs in a straight line. The satin keeps an even line from the waist to the hem. The bodice sits close through the middle, so the line stays narrow.
