Description

A short ball gown flower girl dress in satin, organza and lace with a scoop neckline. Beading, a bow and hand-made flowers mark the waist, and the full skirt falls from the empire seam to above the knee. Cut as a scoop, the neckline rests below the collarbone. It carries off a wedding or a family celebration.
