Description

A floor-length A-line mother dress in lace and satin with a V-neck and three-quarter sleeves. A sequin and bow trim marks the waist, and the skirt flares from the empire seam to the floor. The V is cut to a moderate depth. It sits well in a formal wedding or a church service.

The lace layers over satin lining, which keeps the pattern crisp to the hem. The sleeve lining runs to just below the elbow. The sequins are sewn by hand along the waist. A zip runs down the centre back. Below the waist, the lace hangs in a straight line. The lace skirt keeps a straight line to the hem. The middle is set by a narrow seam at the waist.
