Description

A floor-length empire bridesmaid dress in chiffon with a one-shoulder neckline. Hand-made flowers mark the waist, and the seam sits high under the bust with the skirt falling to the floor into a short sweep. One shoulder carries the neckline, the other is left open. It suits a wedding party or a reception.

Over the lining, chiffon keeps the skirt falling light to the hem. Flowers at the waist are sewn in place instead of pinned. The neckline is finished with a band stitched flat. A zip at the back does the fastening. The middle is marked by a narrow seam at the waist. The fabric is cut on the straight grain, which keeps the fall even. The bodice is cut close through the middle without pinching.
