A short A-line homecoming party dress in chiffon with an asymmetric neckline. A ruffle finishes the hem, and the skirt falls from the natural waist to above the knee. One side of the neckline sits lower than the other. It fits a homecoming dance or a prom night.

Chiffon gives the skirt a light fall over the lining, so the ruffle keeps a clean edge. The ruffle is stitched to the hem rather than gathered loose. The neckline edge is faced so it holds.
